ANNOUNCEMENT ON MY CURRENT HEALTH SITUATION
Some bad news. Seems I have Epstein Barr Virus. Potentially been racing with it for a good number of months now. Massively disappointed that it’s affected my performance, but happy I now know the reason I haven’t felt myself, no matter how much hard work I’ve put in.
My immediate race programme is on hold while I recover, so I can return as soon as possible at the top of my game again.
