Saturday I’m heading to Nashville for the Brown Brothers Charity ride in honor of Chad William Young. Sadly, Chad passed in a tragic Cycling accident in last years Tour of the Gila. He was a promising talent but more importantly he was an outstanding young man. Wore his #alwaysbeyoung tee in the gym today. I can’t lie, it helped.
